7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your bf77 account at any time by contacting support via the email address published on the website. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bf77 will process a withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance (subject to any pending KYC or wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within a reasonable time. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon account closure (whether voluntary or initiated by bf77), all pending bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits will be voided immediately. 8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bf77's liability for death or personal injury caused by bf77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The limitations of liability in this section reflect a fair allocation of risk between bf77 and its members and are a fundamental part of the basis on which bf77 offers its services.
9. Amendments to These Terms
bf77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bf77 will publish the updated Terms on bf77.cam with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
Notwithstanding the above, bf77 may make immediate changes to these Terms where required by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority, without advance notice to members. Such changes take effect from the date of publication. Members who continue to use the Platform after such changes are published will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
